I have worked for some great companies and brands including, Canon, Sony, Lilly and Medtronic. As I progressed up the ladder I learned a lot about how to manage people and believe that is all starts with treating employees as people and with respect.
Two years ago I decided rather than become just another cog in a cube farm I would start my own consulting business because I love the challenge of marketing to empowered consumers and a lot of companies need help with online marketing. It’s not a job when you’re passionate about what you do.
While I love consulting I am looking to get back into working for one company where I can see my ideas blossom and inspire others to exceed their own expectations. Managing people is rewarding to me because it challenges me to be a better person and teach others what I have learned.
